Madalas magreflux si baby

Ano po ginagawa niyo kapag may reflux si baby. Yung baby ko po kse 10-days old pero lagi sya nagrereflux pag gabi every after feeding. Napapaburp nmn sya lagi and before ko sya ilapag nakadapa sya sa balikat ko for 10 mins para mamake sure ko na bumaba ung nadede nya. Any other tips po?

Aww, 10 days pa lang, normal pa yan, marami sa amin na dumaan dito! Aside sa burping and the 10-minute shoulder hold na ginagawa mo na (which is perfect), try keeping baby upright for at least 20-30 mins after feeding, tapos when you lay her down, elevate her head slightly using a rolled towel under the mattress, ganun ginagawa ng kaibigan ko at sobrang tulong. One of my mum friends din swears na smaller, more frequent feeds instead of big ones helped her baby's reflux, kaya maybe check with your pedia kung okay lang i-adjust ang feeding schedule mo, lalo na kung bottle feeding ka. At very important, make sure hindi siya sobrang tight ng swaddle or position na naka-compress ang tummy. If it gets worse or baby seems uncomfortable na talaga, definitely check with your doctor agad, pero honestly sa age na yan, marami pa lang nag-aadapt ang digestive system nila!
