Mummy milk powder

Anyone started on milk powder and any recommendation? I’m already on folic acid and vit D but been told that still insufficient and make need to supplement with mummy formula milk to balance out the required nutrients which I may not get it through my normal diet.

What is the point of this mummy milk powder compared to pre natal vitamins?
