My baby is not sleeping!

Hi mummies, help! My lo is 13 months now but his sleep pattern has gotten worse. He wakes every 2-4am nightly and will whine and cry, even after milk. Nothing soothes him till he probably gets tired and sleeps about 1-2 hours later. Does anyone experience this and how do you manage?! Any advice is appreciated 🥺😢😴 - An exhausted mama

Thanks for the advice mummies. Yes I also want to believe it's a phase but it's been almost two months or more already and it's getting harder each day 😢
