HCG level still high or pregnant?

I miscarriaged last month , now i havent got my menstrual yet.. i got double line after checked pregnant test. So i confused , am i pregnant or my HCG still high ? the doctor said , if i check PT after miscarriage , it will shows 2 line cause of HCG level still there but its almost 2 months already..
