Hello po FTM here po, october 7 po EDD ko. Ano po mga nararamdaman na dapat pag ganitong stage na base po sa experience nyo? Ako po kase halos wala tulog kase ang hirap humanap ng pwesto naninigas tyan ko feeling ko naiipit baby ko. Tsaka ano po sign pag malapit na manganak? Thanks po

Ay alam ko yan, mama! 36 weeks is really uncomfortable, halos lahat ng mum friends ko nun ay sobrang hirap matulog kase ang bigat at ang init, at yung feeling na crowded talaga sa loob kaya normal lang yan na parang trapped ang baby. Try sleeping on your left side with a pillow between your knees, at maybe invest sa maternity pillow kung kaya, game changer talaga siya for some of us, or kahit stacked pillows lang para suportado ang bumuo mo. For signs na malapit na manganak, siguro the real telltale is once your cervix starts dilating and effacing (which only the doctor can check), plus regular painful contractions na hindi mapapantayan sa Braxton Hicks, plus discharge na parang gelatin or gummy, but honestly, bawat mama iba so best talaga to ask your OB during your check-ups kase sila lang makikita ang actual changes. Wala ring exact timeline talaga, kaya kahit sa 36 weeks pwede nang mag-labor or kahit sa 41 weeks, pregger bodies are wild! Rest as much as you can, mama, and if ang anxiety mo about the baby being cramped is really bothering you, mention it to your doctor next visit para peace of mind mo.

Good evening po, 34 weeks pregnant po ako ngayon, normal lang po kaya na nasakit puson yung parang pag nireregla pero hindi naman sobrang sakit, mga 3 days na po ganto

Yes mi, completely normal. Same concern pero na e raise kuna sa OB okay lng naman daw as long as walang unysual discharge.

Paglilihi sa third trimester

Hello po. May same case po kaya saken dito? 7 months pregnant na ako ngayon and bumalik paglilihi ko lagi ako nahihilo at nasusuka at walang gana kumaen. Buong first trimester ko grabe paglilihi ko halos wala na ako makaen pati tubig pero nawala sya nung 4 months na tapos ngayon bumabalik, normal lang po kaya?

Ay, nakakaproblema talaga yan sis especially when you thought you're past it na! A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing, parang bumalik ang morning sickness nila sa third trimester kaya hindi ka nag-iisa, pero definitely bring it up sa OB mo on your next checkup para ma-rule out kung may iba pang nangyayari like low iron or blood sugar, because third trimester paglilihi can sometimes be a sign na kailangan ng attention. In the meantime, try eating smaller meals frequently, stay hydrated kaya kahit malaki ang sip siguro mas madali ma-tolerate, at avoid food na nakakapagpa-nausea sa iyo, para sa amin effective talaga ang ginger tea at crackers before getting out of bed!
