Anakku, cabaranku

Assalamualaikum ibu-ibu kuat sekalian, aku ada seorang anak gadis sunti umur 9tahun (2025) sekarang bila dah masuk umur macam ni.. aku perasan anak ini banyak mmberontak, dia ada adik 3org lagi dibawahnya.. Memberontak yg macam mana? Sbgai cth pertanyaan dan nilai aku sebagai ibu selalu dipersoalkn kenapa ibu buat mcm ni dekat kakak? Kenapa adik2 ibu tk buat yg sama macam kakak? Adiknya berumur 5tahun,4tahun & 4bulan.. Aku rasa skrg ni mcm lost dan jd zero tk thu aku nk mula dan handle ap yg dia nk dari aku sesungguhnya aku ibu yg byk kelemahan tp cuba sedaya upaya utk didik anak2 perempuanku dgn baik dan selari dengan ajaran agama

Wa'alaikum assalam ibu, I can feel how much you're trying and honestly, what you're doing sounds very fair and thoughtful, the fact that you're reflecting like this shows you're a good mum. At 9 years old, she's hitting that pre-teen phase where she's testing boundaries and questioning everything (especially about fairness to her younger siblings), and sometimes it comes out as defiance and door-slamming, a few of my mum friends say their daughters went through exactly this around that age, and it does settle with time and patience. I'd suggest having a calm one-on-one chat with her when she's not angry, maybe ask her directly what she feels is unfair, what she needs from you, and listen without defending yourself first, because sometimes kids at this age just need to feel heard rather than lectured. One thing I noticed, since she's saving her pocket money instead of spending it frivolously, maybe she's actually quite responsible and has deeper goals or feelings about control that she's not expressing yet. It might help to involve her more in decisions (like letting her choose something for the house, or asking her opinion on family matters) so she feels less powerless. That said, the emotional outbursts and how she's questioning your parenting could also be her way of processing growing up, so if it persists or gets more intense, it's worth checking with a counselor or child psychologist to rule out anything deeper, sometimes they can give you tools that fit your family better. You're doing your best, and that's what matters, sis.
