Mga mamsha 3days nako hndi makahinga ng maayos barado tlga ilong ko kahit anong gawin ko singa at ngamit pko ng vics wala parin tpos sbayan pa ng heartburn sobrang hirap 😭 Sabi ng ob ko pwd daw Neozep pero nttakot ako uminom. Meron ba sa inyo nag inum na ng neozep while pregnant?

salinase if clogged nose. steam inhalation, 3x a day. drink warm water with honey. elevate ang upper half body kapag matutulog para hindi mahirapan huminga. for heartburn, eat skyflakes.

Meron din po ba sumasakit ang sikmura dito? Ano po iniinum nyo gamot? Dina po ntalab ung gaviscon ngssuka ako yellow 😭 20 weeks po ako ngayon.

Ay alam ko yan, ang hyperacidity sa pregnancy talaga ang hassle! A few of us moms had the same issue, may nakita akong friend na kahit gaviscon hindi effective kaya nag-shift siya sa ibang brand, and iba't ibang formula talaga ang sumagot sa iba. The yellow vomit is scary, kaya please mention this sa OB mo next visit dahil baka need ng adjustment sa gamot or kailangan malaman kung may iba pang nangyayari.
