6 days missed period with on and off brown discharge

Hi mummies and mummies to be! I’ve had two miscarriage past two years. This year, i am missing my period for the very first time (it has always been regular). It has been 6 days since the projected day of my period and I am only getting brown discharge, ranging from light to stringy dark brown on and off. Have taken PT and it is showing negative results. Anyone else went through the same thing? Care to share outcome? Symptoms wise, frequent urination and lethargic past 12nn onwards. Hope to hear from you ladies 🥰
