My baby is almost 10 months old and already has 8 teeth. Is this normal at this age?

My breast and bottle fed 1 month old poos a lot, up to 8 poo nappies a day. I am worried that this is diarrhea? Or is it normal? His bum is red.

How many day have it been? Do use diaper cream and wash it well with warm water. I do note that breast feed baby poo more as easily to digest.
