Products/treatment for Baby eczema? Skin asthma?

Mommies what do you use for your baby’s skin? My LO developed eczema at 3months and we all thought it was regular heat rash so we kept it dry and clean all the time but it made her skin worse, took her to the pediatrician and they confirmed it was baby eczema. Thank you!!
