From what I've generally heard, PCF Sparkletots tends to get positive remarks for its curriculum structure and classroom environment, plus the parent involvement events seem to be a nice touch for staying connected with your child's progress. That said, teacher quality at PCF can be a bit hit or miss depending on the year and class, which is worth keeping in mind as your child moves up levels. Agape Little Uni at Upper Serangoon Crescent doesn't come up as often in conversation, so it's a bit harder to gauge consistently, I'd honestly recommend visiting both centres in person and asking specifically about teacher retention, since that tends to make the biggest difference day to day. Both seem like decent options, but if stability and structured curriculum matter most to you, PCF has a slight edge just based on what I've heard around.
