Rashes after jab

Hello fellow parents, Any of your babies had these kind of rashes after the immunization (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella) shot? He had these rashes last night. His jab was last 26 Jan. 2022. I wonder if should bting him go see doctor or this is just a side effect. Thanks for the help 😊
