Nuh gynae route

Hi, can i check if i choose my own gynae during my last trimester at Nuh , i would technically be under private patient. Is B1 ward applicable for me? And how are the charges like and are there any govt subsidy or medisave deductions from The cost?

I'd recommend calling NUH's maternity desk directly to clarify this, because the ward classification and subsidy eligibility can be a bit tricky depending on how your gynae is registered with them. From what I understand, choosing your own gynae in the last trimester might put you in a different category, but whether you're still eligible for B1 subsidies or if Medisave can be used depends on your gynae's status (whether they're a private practitioner using NUH facilities or part of the public team).
