A mum in my pregnancy class pun kena benda sama, her BP spiked around 34 weeks and her doctor also put her on strict rest at home, with close monitoring visits every few days to make sure everything was stable for both her and baby. She said the hardest part was keeping herself calm and not overthinking, because stress itself can push the BP up lagi, so she kept herself busy with gentle activities like reading and light stretching yang doctor approve. Do make sure you are attending all your follow-up checkups without skipping, even if you rasa okay, because at this stage the doctor needs to watch for any signs it is progressing further. Naikkan selera makan ibu mengandung

Hi saya tngh pregnant 21 minggu. Berat bdn mak sndiri x naik sngt. Tpi last scan baby, dr kata ok je perkembangan baby semua. Stress org sekeliling kata maknya sendiri makin kurus.

Oh sayang, jangan stress sangat dengan kata-kata orang sekeliling ya, yang penting baby scan okay dan doctor pun kata perkembangan baby sihat, itu sudah satu perkara yang sangat membesarkan hati. Kalau rasa risau tentang berat badan sendiri atau selera makan, mungkin boleh cerita terus dengan doctor atau dietitian masa next appointment supaya mereka boleh guide dengan lebih tepat mengikut keadaan kita. Semoga pregnancy seterusnya berjalan lancar dan sihat untuk mama dan baby sekali!
