Hurts when I sneeze

Hi mummies, am in my 17th week. In recent weeks, the area above the stomach (around the diaphragm) hurts when I sneeze. I dread sneezing cos of the pain and discomfort it brings. I understand that our organs have shifted and are being squeezed at the top, but can I check if this is normal and you mummies feel the same too?

Pillow recommendations

Hi mummies! Any pillows to recommend please? I am currently dealing with horrible neck pain that leads to headache and it's been going for a week now. Would love to hear your ideas for a better sleep please. TIA !

I have this problem too. It became better when i slept with a pregnancy pillow. This is the pillow Im using

Prenatal checkups

Hi all, can I check how often will the prenatal checkups be? I've just gone for my first one and have booked my next appt in two weeks. Would like to know the freq so that I can somehow anticipate how many leaves I might need to take. Thanks!

Not sure if you’re going via sub or private. I’m under private, First trimester - mid second trimester every 1 month, followed by 2 weekly and week 36 onwards every week once.
