Spotting after using thrush pessary

Hi mummies, I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant, first pregnancy. As the title mentioned, I dealt with thrush by using a pessary given by KKH. Found out I have spotting the next day after using the pessary. Went to KKH emergency room cause I’ve never experienced any spotting or bleeding before. Doc gave me a progesterone injection and dispensed some more progesterone pills to take. This morning when I woke up to use the toilet, I still noticed some bleeding when I wiped. Just wanna know how long does this type of spotting usually last. It’s worrying and I know it does no good to the baby. So tryna get some reassurance from mummies who went through similar things before. TIA!
