Jangan risau sangat ya, sayang, HB boleh turun especially as baby grows bigger and demands more iron from you. Someone in my mum group mentioned that pairing iron-rich foods like hati ayam, daging merah, and bayam with a source of vitamin C (like a small glass of orange juice) really helps the iron absorb better into your body. Also do try to avoid teh or kopi when you take your iron supplement or eat your iron-rich meals, as it can actually block the absorption, that one ramai mums tak sedar rupanya. Do make sure you're consistent with your Tablet Tambah Darah from your doctor too, jangan skip even one day if possible. That said, since yours dropped quite noticeably to 9.9, it's really worth bringing this up with your O&G or doctor at your next visit so they can monitor closely and advise the right steps for you specifically.
