Honestly, with that age, kailangan mo ng consistent routines at clear consequences na hindi harsh, like timeout (1 min per year of age lang), removing a favorite toy temporarily, or redirecting agad agad sa activities na magpa-drain ng energy nila instead ng scolding every minute. A few of us tried doing physical activities right after breakfast, tumbling, dancing, outdoor play, kasi talaga, pag tired ang katawan nila, mas manageable ang behavior, at ang gentle parenting naman ay hindi about walang boundaries, it's more about consistent rules without yelling or hitting (which honestly, mas nakakafrustrate lang sila at nagkakaaya-aya lang ng attention). Try picking ONE behavior to target first instead of all at once, kasi overwhelm lang both you and them, and honestly mama, if you're at your limit, wala ding masama sa short timeout or loss of privileges, you're not a bad parent, you're just surviving haha!

With 3-5 year olds, the key is giving them tons of physical outlets (we're talking playground time, dancing, running around) para ma-channel ang energy nila, then pairing that with clear, kind boundaries like "I see you're angry, but we don't hit" instead of yelling.
