Anyone with pelvic pain?

Hi mummies, I’m 38 weeks pregnant with painful pelvic pain that is more noticeable today. This pelvic discomfort started only a few days ago, but gradually got more painful as days pass with today being the worst for me. It’s painful when I walk, laugh, sneeze, cough & when I get out of bed/chair. Any remedies to ease the pain? 🥲 pls help

yes i have that too, it’s called pelvic girdle pain. use cold compress on that area.
