13 weeks and 5 days pero grabe pa din suka ko. Hindi pa rin po nawawala.

Alam ko sobrang frustrating when the morning sickness doesn't quit by second trimester, a few of us dito sa grupo namin were still vomiting around that time, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa talaga. Try eating small, frequent meals (yung really bland like crackers or plain rice), stay hydrated, at ginger tea or lemon water helps a lot of moms including one of my close friends. Since you're still having severe nausea at almost 14 weeks though, it's best to mention it sa OB mo next visit, just to make sure everything's okay and maybe they can suggest safe anti-nausea options specifically for pregnancy.
