Are mints safe for pregnancy?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have been taking mints (tic tacs, ricola, hudsons jujubes) to curb the nausea. However, i've read that menthol or eucalyptus may have negative effects on the fetus so i'm unsure if these mint sweets are safe or not. This is my first pregnancy so any advice from experienced mothers is welcomed!

it’s ok. i’ve been spamming it because it’s the only candy i can tolerate. as long as it’s in moderation it’s fine. don’t read too much into it
