Oo naman, okay lang ang buko juice lalo na from Fruitas dahil fresh at natural siya, hindi processed! Pero since you're pregnant pa lang at may Alpha Thalassemia, mas safe talaga if you check with your OB muna about how much is okay for you specifically, kasi may certain things na need i-monitor sa pregnancy lalo na with your condition, one of my mum friends with thalassemia trait din nag-consult muna with her doctor about diet changes kaya better safe than sorry talaga. Enjoy your buko juice once you get the go-ahead, lalo na ngayong init!
