Aww congrats sa pregnancy mo! Honestly, 7 weeks is such an emotional rollercoaster, a few of us first-time moms go through the same thing, feeling anxious one minute then excited the next. What I do kapag kinakabag ako is I try to stay calm, drink plenty of water, eat small frequent meals, at mas nag-focus ako sa positive thoughts, pero real talk, if the worry is intense or you're having any physical symptoms, best talk to your OB para mapigilan ang stress at ma-rule out kung may medical concerns. Marami kaming mum friends na nag-share ng kanilang experiences din, so you're definitely not alone sa journey na ito!
