Need Help

My baby is 6th month due to my health condition and in between I gt stroke attack I couldnt breast feed her much as my body was losing one side sensation now I am fine but Now suddenly I hve notice pain in my breast and I started pumping and milk supply is back but can I start again to feed her is it possible to bring back the milk supply and to feed her ?what to eat for proper milk supply?
