Ah, most clinics sa Pampanga do allow partners during ultrasound naman, pero it really depends sa specific clinic kaya best to call ahead and confirm, a few of us moms prefer to ask din kung may extra fee para sa partner or kung kailangan ng separate appointment slot. Some private clinics are more flexible than the public ones, so if you're planning 3D/4D, ang mga specialty ultrasound centers doon ay usually accommodating na sa husbands!

Ano dapat gawin pag umuubo tsaka nagsusuka 9 weeks pregnantna po

Uy, mama, please see your doctor or go to the clinic soon, yung ubo at pagsusukas together, lalo na ganyan katanda na ang pregnancy, kailangan i-check talaga ng doctor para sure na okay ka at ang baby. I know it's scary, pero don't worry, marami sa amin ang nag-experience ng ganitong symptoms at naging okay lang, pero kailangan talaga ng proper check-up. Pwede rin itong simple lang, pero hindi kami pwedeng mag-diagnose, doc lang ang makakasiguro. Hang in there, and please get yourself checked out right away, okay?
