Hindi naman strictly bawal, pero kung matagal talaga ang init ng tubig, better to keep it short lang, maraming moms sa circle ko ang nag-avoid ng mahabang mainit na paliguan during pregnancy kasi parang nakaka-dizzy at nakaka-lightheaded, lalo na pag gabi na at pawis na. Better ask your OB about what's safest para sa iyo specifically, pero honestly short, lukewarm baths are the way to go para safe lang!

Hi po. 6months preggy here and 1st time mom. Ask ko lang po if safe po ba sumakay ng jeep ang 6months preggy?? Galing po kase ako laboratory kanina no choice need bumyahe. safe naman. just need extra precautions because of the virus. as for baby in utero, may protection naman sya from amniotic fluid.
