Okay lang ba mag diet kahit breastfeeding mom ka? At paano ba gawin na hindi naaapektohan yung milk supply mo?

Sino po dito na gumagamit ng lotion o moisturizer sa kanilang baby na 2weeks old pa lang? Paki drop nlng po ng reply ng name ng moisturizer na gamit nyu. Thanks

Anu po ginagawa nyu pra ma e preserve yung milk ng other side breast nyu, habang naka dede pa si baby sa other side breast nyu? Sayang din naman kasi

Can I go normal delivery?

This is my second pregnancy and I'm hoping to have a normal delivery this time due to this pandemic. Isn't it risky to have normal delivery now?
