Hey mama, 1986 grams at 34 weeks is on the lighter side pero hindi rin alarming, basta consistent ang growth from your previous ultrasound, okay lang yan (some babies are just naturally smaller). Pero definitely check with your OB na once you can para makita nila ang growth trend at ensure everything's progressing well, kasi they'll have your full history and previous scans to compare. Don't stress too much in the meantime, maraming babies gain weight pa sa last few weeks, pero better safe than sorry talaga with pregnancy stuff.

mga mhe sino same case ko dito panay pananakit ng balakang ko, nagpahilot na nga ako nagsimula ito nong naglalaba ako ng handwash masakit both sides ng balakang ko pero ngayon bandang left nalang sya pero masakit talaga halos di ko mabalanse sarili ko kapag tatayo ako need ko humawak sa kung anong bagay galing sa pagkaka upo man o higa😭

Ay mama, ganyan talaga sa third trimester, ang buhay! A few of us went through that sharp back pain, especially on one side, at ang iba naman sabi nila it's the baby's position plus the ligaments stretching na sobrang painful talaga, kaya siguro best to mention it sa OB mo sa next visit para ma-check if it's just pregnancy-related or kung may adjustment needed ka. In the meantime, maraming mums swear by prenatal massages or even just warm compress, at ang pag-sit and stand slowly, hindi biglaan, talaga namang tumutulong, pero alam mo kung gaano kasakit kaya don't push it if kailangan mo talaga ng support!
