Normal ke bila preggy kulit jadi gatal2? Saya dh 6w. Sabun mandi, shampoo, detergant apa yg sesuai ye? Mommies please help

Aah, kulit gatal waktu preggy memang common! Hormones lagi naik, kulit jadi lebih sensitive dan kering, so rasa gatal je. A few of my mum friends experience the same thing, especially early pregnancy, usually settle down after first trimester. For products, try pakai yang fragrance-free dan mild lang, macam untuk baby skin pun boleh, avoid anything dengan strong chemicals or heavy perfume. Sabun mandi yang gentle (dermatologist-recommended ones are safer), and for shampoo gak pilih the mild ones, detergent pun try switch to sensitive or hypoallergenic type. Some mummies I know swear by switching to cotton bras and loose clothes to reduce irritation juga. If the itching gets really bad or kulit jadi red/inflamed, better check with your doctor ya, sometimes ada specific pregnancy skin conditions yang kena treatment. Take care!
