Any tips po mga mommy mag 22 weeks napo ako lagi po sumasakit yung sa baba ng boobs ko which is bandang tyan? Natural lang poba yun? Sabi po ng lola ko pag sipa lang daw ng baby pero nag aalala ko gusto ko pa checkup kso yung ob nasa out of town

Uy, that lower breast/chest area pain is actually pretty common around 22 weeks, your ligaments are stretching like crazy and the baby's movements can definitely trigger it, so what your lola said might be true! But since you're worried, honestly better to follow your gut and make the trip to your OB kahit out of town kasi peace of mind is important, and they can rule out anything else and give you proper advice for your specific pregnancy. In the meantime, a few of us moms swear by just wearing comfortable, well-fitting bras (walang underwire!) and avoiding heavy lifting, kasi sometimes the pain gets worse pag stressed ang body. Keep monitoring it, if it gets sharp or you notice other symptoms, don't wait, go straight to the nearest clinic na para ma-check agad.

malamig naman talaga panahon ngayon mi. pwede ka naman mag init ng tubig kung wala kayong heater you need to be clean prone sa mga allergy at rashes ang buntis.. ikaw din.
