Hello mommies! Ask ko lang po if mucus plug na po ba tong lumabas sa pwerta ko ngayon? I'm currently 38w5d based on 1st utz ko and 3cm nako as of Monday. Nagiinsert din po ako ng evening primrose sa pwerta ko pang 2 days ko palang po today.. Thank you po sa mga sasagot 😊

Mucus plug

Ay, mahirap sabihin talaga based on description lang, mama! The mucus plug can look different for everyone, sometimes it's thick and stringy, sometimes it's just extra discharge, kaya maraming mommies actually hindi sure kung yun na talaga or just regular discharge, lalo na if nag-insert ka ng evening primrose dahil that can increase lubrication pa. Since you're already 3cm and 38+ weeks, best to message your OB or go in para sure, especially since may things going on down there na need professional assessment, they can check if that's the plug or not, and also make sure everything's okay with the primrose insertions, okay? Mucus plug

Hi mommy! Okay so the mucus plug is that thick, jelly-like discharge na nag-protect sa baby mo throughout pregnancy, and honestly it can come out days or even weeks before labor kaya hindi rin sure sign na labor agad, some mums I know had theirs days before delivery, iba naman weeks pa. What you're experiencing might be it, especially with the evening primrose at nag-soften na ng cervix mo, pero sobrang importante talaga na confirm mo with your OB next check-in kasi sila lang ang makikita ng malinaw kung what's happening with your cervix at baby. You're already 3cm and close to term na so exciting na! Wishing you safe delivery ahead!

Hello po!! Normal lang po ba mag LBM pag kabuwanan na? Going 37 weeks na po ako.. 3x na po ksi ako pabalik balik sa cr ksi sumasakit po tyan, puson at balakang ko.. Medyo nakakapanghina po kasi 😔
