i would like to know more about essential oils as i heard alot of friends using them where i myself personally didnt use before. can it be used for prevention only or only when kiddo is sick? using it on a daily isit ok? recovery rate from sickness is slow but steady and safe, not like taking medicine? what about safe and correct ways of using, heard before can apply on kiddos foot, drop in diffuser etc. Any specific brands or things to look out when buying essential oils? thank you! :)
