6weeks pregnant po ako at my hypothyroidism po ako, pinag dadiet po ako ng ob para daw po hindi mashado lumaki si baby at hindi ako mahirapan manganak okay lang po ba na as early today nag dadiet na ko?

Ay, mamsh, this is really something you need to discuss with your OB pa lang, hypothyroidism plus pregnancy plus dieting is a bit sensitive, kaya seryoso talaga ito. Your doctor knows your full picture, so make sure she explains exactly kung bakit and how, lalo na since may thyroid condition ka. A few of us moms actually had similar concerns, at the thing is, bawat pregnancy and bawat condition is different, what works for one person might not be safe for another, especially with medication and hormones involved. Since you're only 6 weeks, maraming adjustments pa possible, so talk to your OB about your worries instead, okay? She can give you a proper plan na safe for you and baby.

6weeks preggy po ako mga mamshie, may chance daw ako mag eclampsia kasi medyo overweight ako. Okay lang po ba ang oatmeal at no rice, any healthy diet tips mga mamshieee thanks in advance

Congrats on your pregnancy, mamsh! Oatmeal is super good, pero honestly 6 weeks pa lang kayo so mas important talaga na kayo mag-enjoy ng balanced meals rather than restrict too much, a few of us tried na sobrang strict early on tapos nag-cave in lang kami eventually, hehe. Since there's a concern about eclampsia, definitely check with your OB agad para may proper meal plan for you specifically, kasi iba-iba talaga ng dietary needs depende sa case mo. In the meantime, think lots of veggies, protein, and maybe whole grains, but please let your doctor guide you through this para safe lang. You've got this, ate!
