DERMOID OVARIAN CYST

hi po? im 7 weeks pregnant, dec. 2021 nong nakita na may dermoid cyst sa left ko 3cm sabi naman ng doctor hindi naman daw po kailangan ng operation pwede daw kong mag buntis ako isasabay na lang daw, April 28 nag pa Trans V ako nakita same parin ang size, left lang din. June 8 nalaman ko buntis ako 5weeks and 2days, nakita na lumaki naging 7cm + , pinababalik ako after 2weeks kasi para makita din heartbeat,nag transV ako ulit lumaki po naging 8cm + na siya, sabi ng doctor before mag 15 to 16weeks pregnant dapat daw po maoperahan na ako, gusto ko lang po malaman kong sino dito naoperahan na pregnant? kamusta po ang baby naging ok naman po ba?? before po ang dermoid cyst, may PCOS na ako right and left side.
