Ay alam ko yan, mahirap ang situation na yan! Honestly, kailangan mo talaga mag-follow up sa HR or SSS directly kasi ang maternity benefits ay usually tied sa contribution records mo, so it depends kung valid pa ang membership mo at kung regular employee ka pa. One of my officemate friends had a similar case, and she found out na kailangan mag-file within a specific period after giving birth, so don't delay pa! Better contact SSS mismo or mag-email sa previous employer's HR para ma-clarify ang requirements, they should help you kahit separated na, especially for maternity since that's your right as a worker.

Nagtatake ako ng gluta and collagen for a week na. pero inistop ko bigla kasi 2 weeks na ako hindi nireregla ayoko pa mag PT kasi di pa ko ready. 2 yrs old palang ung bunso ko.hayss.I know its a blessing may times na pinagddsal ko na sana delayed lang ako :(
