hi girls this is my first and I was wondering has anyone suffered with anxiety mine seems to get worse even though I'm trying to being positive but anxiety pulls me down

Post natal anxiety is very normal in mothers. I went through that myself. Just give yourself time and remind yourself there is no such thing as a super hero mommy. Our body go through so many chemical changes and nothing is the same after giving birth. We need time to get reacquainted with our new body again.
