Paano po ba umusog ang placenta? since low lying placenta po ako.

Ay, mama, honest talaga, placental movement is something na kailangan mo talaga i-discuss sa OB mo because low-lying placenta needs proper monitoring, hindi lang basta advice lang from moms. Usually what happens is the placenta can shift higher as your uterus grows, especially around third trimester, pero since ikaw ay may low-lying, kailangan ng ultrasounds mo to track kung umuusog siya o hindi, hindi kami mommies ang dapat mag-decide dito. A few of us sa group namin had the same worry at nabawasan ang stress namin talaga pagka-clear ng OB na tumataas na ang placenta, so definitely ask mo sa next check-up mo kung may tendency to move up pa, okay?
