Asking for recommended lying-in

Hi, ask ko lang po mga recommended lying-in around general trias cavite? (1st time mom) Thank you

Aww, first time mommy! Honestly, hindi ako familiar sa General Trias area pero a few of us have tried Generika and Ospital ng Kapatiran nearby, and nakakuha kami ng okay experiences there, mas affordable pa compared sa private ones. Best thing you can do is mag-survey personally or ask your OB for recommendations since sila ang makakaalam ng best setup para sa postpartum care mo, and make sure they have good facilities for you and baby!

Dinakdakan pwede po ba sa buntis

Pwede po bang kumain ng dinakdakan ang buntis? 1st time mom and 3 weeks pregnant. Salamat po sa mga ssagot ☺️#advicepls

Oo naman, pwede yung dinakdakan habang buntis, basta sigurado ka na fresh at maayos niluto ang lahat ng ingredients lalo na ang meat! Alam ko kasi na maraming first-time moms sa circle ko na nag-alala sa ganitong pagkain, pero ang importante talaga ay proper cooking at food safety, ang dinakdakan ay safe as long as the ingredients, especially the animal organs, ay from reliable sources at well-cooked. Pero iba-iba talaga ang tolerance ng bawat buntis sa food, kaya kung may doubts ka or if you're sensitive sa anything, mas better mag-check with your OB para sa peace of mind mo, especially ngayong first trimester pa lang. Congratulations sa pregnancy!
