Hi mama, I understand kung bakit ka worried, yan talaga ang confusing situation! The spotting, delayed period, negative PT, but the cravings and exhaustion ay sobrang common signs na dapat i-check talaga ng doctor kasi maraming possibilities ito (delayed period, hormonal changes, or even something else), so please make an appointment para sure na lahat okay with you. One of my mum friends had similar experience and it turned out her hormones were just off, pero kailangan talaga ng proper check-up para hindi ka mag-worry pa lalo, lalo na with the mood changes mo, take care of yourself, mama!
