Hello, asianparent! :-) My LO's a premie. She will be turning 7 month-old (corrected age: 5months) on the first week of June. She can now roll over but can't crawl yet. Also, she can't sit by herself. I would like to introduce her solid food already but I've learned that one sign that she's ready for it is if she can sit without support. Do I really have to wait for the time that she can sit by herself before I give her solid food? What was your experiences when you intoduce solid foods to your premie baby? Thanks!

4 months po nung nagstart pakainin si baby ng solid food. Wala na akong nagawa kasi katwiran ng mama ko, ganun daw dapat kasi pagpinaabot pa ng 6 months or kung kelan sya matutong umupo ay baka maging pihikan siya sa pagkain. Sa ngayon po mag 7 months na si baby at hindi siya maarte sa pagkain.

Yes mommy, that's a must. Kailangan nakakaupo na sya mag-isa, kailangan nyang mabuhat ang ulo nya without any support, and she should not have any tongue thrust reflex anymore. Ang mangyayari if hindi sinunod ang mga yan is baka ma choke sya. So it's better to wait for those signs than the other way around.

Hello mommies! Pa-advise naman po kung anong mga preparations (kung anong gagawin, need bilhin, etc.) ang kailangan since babalik na po ako ng work from maternity leave? Plan ko pa ding kasing ituloy ang breastfeeding ko kay LO. Thank you! ?

Ako sis bumili ako sa lazada. Ok naman siya. Dunno the brand exactly pero hindi siya mamahalin. 3 for 552 pesos nga lamwith insert na yon.
