Uy mama, I feel you! 39 weeks plus is such a long wait, super stressful talaga. One of my mum friends swears na ang pag-walk, pag-climb ng stairs, at light exercise really helped trigger things para sa kanya, hindi guaranteed pero maraming moms namin na natry at nagwork, plus it keeps you moving lang naman kaya win-win. I'd also suggest talking to your OB about it since you're already almost full term, they might suggest membrane stripping or other safe ways to help, and honestly peace of mind na rin from them is priceless kaya don't hesitate to call! Rooting for you, baby will come soon, I promise!
