Changing sleeping routine

Hello mamas! My daughter is 6 months old and sleeps 10 hours per night with a feed (breast feeding). The problem is that she falls asleep too late! Around 2-3 am is her sleep time until 12-13 pm. We tried to don't let her sleep after 9pm but it doesn't work... Does anyone know how to change this habit? We wish that she falls asleep around 11 pm max midnight. Thanks ?

Teeth and brestfeeding

Hello! I'm starting this journey of theeting while my baby girl is 4 months old and she has the bottom 2 incisive . Breast feeding has become a little bit "threatening" because she bites the nipple sometimes. Useless to say that is painful... Every time she does it I smile and gently say no and she smiles back. Any tips???

im using teething toys that you can put in fridge for while and she chews alot so less chewing while i breasfeed her😆 all babies are different but mine helps with lots of chewing toys good luck mummy
