Bloated feeling

I’m in my 1st trimester and experiencing discomfort like feeling bloated. I rub efficascent oil in my tummy to ease the feeling. Is it just fine?

Ay sis, bloating sa first trimester is super normal talaga, hormones lang yan doing their thing! The efficascent oil massage sounds soothing, and maraming pregnant friends ko rin ginagawa yan para sa comfort, pero since you're pregnant I'd really suggest checking with your OB first if the efficascent oil is safe for your baby, kasi hindi lahat ng oils recommended during pregnancy. Minsan ang gentle belly massage lang or warm compress is enough na, or your doctor might suggest something safer, better safe than sorry, diba?
