I preheat my oven to 150 to backed my chicken thighs and legs they are seasoned and ready to go. I had them in the oven about 5 minutes before realizing I had something burnt in the oven! Realizing this I pulled my chicken out and allowed it to get room temperature then froze it. Can this be unthawed and fried?
