tips for having 2nd baby with a toddler

We are expecting a 2nd. I will still need to double confirm because when i do my PT yesterday,the 2nd lines come out late. I was a bit frustrated because i thought it was single line that i put running water on the test but somehow after a few minutes,the 2nd line was faint. I am confident that we are expecting another because before this,if i do PT test,the line won't even come out after an hour. This time around,the 2nd line was still there and even more obvious. Anyhow,i am starting to get nervos since i have a 14mths old baby and she is still bf though only at night time and she clings onto me most time. Her weight is now 10.06kg. Any tips to cater 14mths old with pregnancy at the same time? I am nervous but happy at the same time. I totally forgot what needs to be done at early trimester. I know my bp always low eversince i lose weight. And i am also a working mom. Any tips to handle this will be very much appreciated. I was not working when i got pregnant to the first. I resign when i was in 1st trimester.
