Haih, keloid tu memang stubborn kan... a few of us had the same problem after c-section! Honestly the best bet is to see your doctor or dermatologist sebab keloid kena proper assessment, sometimes kena scar treatment specialist yang boleh buat laser or steroid injection, tak boleh random try kat rumah je. Tapi while tunggu appointment, a few mums in my group swear by silicone gel sheets (boleh beli kat pharmacy) sebab membantu soften the scar over time, and massage dengan minyak vitamin E jugak boleh tolong, though consistency is key! Anyway, professional opinion dulu, mama, better aman daripada rugi, especially kalau lagi fresh.

LACTOSE INTOLERANCE

Hi mommies! Nak tanya if baby dulu below 1 year minum susu lactose free, and after baby dah umur setahun, mommies bagi susu apa ya? Dah cuba dutcbaby, dugro,Fernleaf semua tak berapa sesuai, baby cirit birit 2-3x sehari.

Ahhh lactose intolerance memang tricky, mommy! Since baby dah tried few mainstream brands and still cirit birit, might be worth checking with the paediatrician if it's really lactose intolerance or something else like formula sensitivity, a few of us realised our babies sebenarnya intolerant to certain ingredients, bukan lactose je. Kalau confirmed lactose-free, you could try brands specifically marketed as lactose-free untuk toddlers (some pharmacies stock them), atau some mums I know switched to goat's milk formula or A2 milk which might be gentler, tapi definitely confirm with doctor first sebab nak make sure baby's getting the right nutrients during this crucial growth phase.
