Can't breed very well

Today makes it 40 weeks of my pregnancy but since yesterday evening I noticed I can't breed well. Is like my heart is bouncing and wanted to jump out. I can't sleep through out the night. Please what can i do.?

I am 38 weeks plus, just a week to my DD and I am still vomiting every morning. What is the cause please?
