Food for 9 to 12 months

9 MONTH OLD SLEEP PATTERN

Hi all, my lo doesnt sleep well all along and till now we need to rock or carry him to sleep. At best he sleep 2 hours straight if not he wake about half or hourly, and half of the time he wakes crying wanting rock or carry. Any advise how i can help him sleep well? #1stimemom #advicepls
