1 day na hindi pa naka poops si baby umpisa nung naliguan sya nung monday. 6days pld palng po kmi. Any tips po or same experience? Thank you

Ay, mama, kailangan mo talaga makita ng pedia ngayon, kahit 1 day lang, sa 6 days old baby, hindi ito dapat i-monitor lang sa bahay. Please go to clinic or hospital para ma-check agad. A few of us moms had babies na konti ang poops pero alam namin agad kung normal or not dahil chineck ng doctor, so better safe than sorry sa ganitong edad talaga. Tawagan mo na ang pedia mo, okay?

Hi mga miee. Currently 34weeks and 5 days. Nakaka experience na ng pagngingilo ng puson at pwerta pag gumagalaw si baby at pag naglalakad ako. Gdm preggy pero antay ko pa endo ko on what action to take kung mg insulin ba or monitoring lang. D padin ako naiinject mg tetanus kasi dw hospital setting nadin ang aking pag aanakan. At either pg malapit nako manganak or sa hosptal nalng dw ako tuturukan.Pls comment nmn sa same situation sakin. Thank you

Ay mama, ang pagngingilo na yan ay normal na at nangyayari especially pag lumaki na ang baby and approaching na ang delivery, pero since GDM ka rin, mas okay na i-mention mo talaga to sa endo mo next appointment para sure lang na hindi something else happening. One of my mum friends with GDM din was surprised na may sharp pains siya but OB assured her it was just ligament stretching, pero importante na doctor mo ang nagsabi para walang worry ka. As for insulin, i-rely ka lang sa management plan ng endo mo, some GDM moms ay monitoring lang talaga, iba need ng insulin depending sa blood sugar readings nila. And yey, at least secured na ang tetanus injection sa hospital setting, less hassle on your end closer to delivery! Fingers crossed for smooth delivery mo, mama, you're doing great!

33weeks here hindi pa din na requestan ng OB ko for Tetanus injection. Okay lang po ba yon? Sino same case sakin? Sana pwede pa mahabol.

2 days napo ako umiinom ng nescafe sugar free with stevia. Safe nmn po yan for 6mos? Thanks po

Okay, so stevia is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but since you're 6 months along na, mas okay kung i-confirm mo pa rin with your OB especially kung gaano kalaki ang daily intake mo, a few of us mommies here have different approaches with caffeine kaya better safe than sorry talaga. Nescafe sugar-free is okay in moderation, pero pag worried ka pa rin, pwede mo ring i-cut back and stick with decaf para walang stress sa buntis!

Coke sa first trimester

Okay lang po ba uminom ng coke occasionally like once a week sa first trimester?

Hi mama! Honestly, once a week lang should be okay, pero better pa rin to minimize caffeine during first trimester kasi sensitive ang baby sa stage na yan, a few of us pregnant mums try to switch to caffeine-free versions or limit it more just to be safe. Best to ask your OB about your specific situation though, basta kung gusto mo ng peace of mind, maybe try to cut back or replace with other drinks na stress-free ka lang? You know kung ano ang best para sa pregnancy mo!

Mga mie, 10 weeks 3 days maririnig na ba sa doppler ang heartbeat ? Sakin kasi hindi pa marinig ni ob. Pro normal naman sa tvs fetal heart rate.
