Have anyone with full Placenta Previa did not experience bleeding until child was born?

Currently at week 33 and still placenta fully covering the cervix. No bleeding so far. Not sure the chances of placenta moving up now. Not sure what to expect now.

Hey mama, firstly please don't stress too much, I've actually heard of mums with full placenta previa who made it all the way to their scheduled C-section without a single bleed, so you're not alone in this. One thing I did hear that really stood out is that with placenta previa, if bleeding does happen, it tends to be completely painless with no cramping at all, so it can catch you off guard, which is why most doctors will want you on pelvic rest and to head straight to A&E if you notice anything. At 33 weeks, the chances of the placenta shifting enough to clear a full previa are quite slim, so mentally preparing for a planned C-section around 36-37 weeks is probably wise, and honestly I think having that date locked in early gave some mums a lot more peace of mind than waiting around. That said, every case is different, and I'd really encourage you to have a proper chat with your OB about your specific situation so you know exactly what signs to watch for and when to go in, don't just rely on what we share here!
